On every surface ship, from the bridge to the mess decks, readiness relies on logistics. The Old Salt Coffee Insignia Collection recognizes the Surface Supply Officers who keep the fleet fueled, armed, and mission-capable. This 15 oz ceramic mug honors the officers who deliver, no matter the sea state or schedule.

Features:

  • Premium Ceramic Construction: Durable, professional, and always underway—just like the officers it celebrates.
  • 15 oz Capacity: Plenty of room for the brew that keeps you sharp through RAS planning, audits, and night ops.
  • Optimized Dimensions: 4.7″ tall and 3.3″ in diameter—ideal for a firm grip in the wardroom or on the watch floor.
  • Lead & BPA-Free: Cleared for daily use from sea trials to port visits.
  • Dishwasher & Microwave Safe: Built for convenience between evolutions and inspections.

Adorned with the Surface Supply Officer insignia and etched with the rallying phrase “WAR BUT FIRST COFFEE”, this mug is more than just drinkware—it’s a symbol of logistics leadership. From supply loadouts to readiness reports, let every cup remind you that support is strength.

Yes, the owner served 10+ years in the United States Navy as a Machinist's Mate, from July 1983 to November 1993. He honorably discharged as an MM1 after working in in the engine rooms of two submarine tenders, and a Military Police Watch Commander.

How do I choose the right size?

How do you ship? How long does it take?

All orders ship USPS (United States Postal Service) and typically arrive within 4-8 days from the time of order.

How do I care for my shirt?

To preserve the print quality of your shirt, we recommend washing your t-shirt inside out, in cold water. Avoid high-heat drying.

Every month we make a contribution to a Charity that serves Navy Veterans, whether exclusively, or military Veterans in general. It is part of our Mission Statement to give back to the community of Veterans that sacrificed so much in service to our Nation.
