30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and with original tags
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@navyhumor.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • lnstructions on where and how to send your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., made-to-order or custom-printed items)
  • Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return one or more sizes
  • Command Collection and all other customized apparel

We encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering and reach out to our team for any sizing guidance.

Note: Partial returns for size-based bulk orders are not accepted. All sales are final in such cases.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss available options.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@navyhumor.com.

All approved returns and refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The item must be returned:

  • In its original condition
  • Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • With a receipt or proof of purchase

This right does not apply to customized or personalized products.
